Plot Summary
Alice, an unpretentious and individual 19-year-old, is betrothed to a dunce of an English nobleman. At her engagement party, she escapes the crowd to consider whether to go through with the marriage and falls down a hole in the garden after spotting an unusual rabbit. Arriving in a strange and surreal place called "Underland," she finds herself in a world that resembles the nightmares she had as a child, filled with talking animals, villainous queens and knights, and frumious bandersnatches. O tanara de 19 ani se pregateste pentru o petrecere in inalta societate. Ea afla ca mama ei doreste sa ii aranjeze o nunta cu unul dintre nobilii prezenti la eveniment. Alice fuge de la petrecere, urmarind un iepure alb. Ea intra intr-o gaura si ajunge in Tara Minunilor, un loc pe care l-a vizitat in urma cu 10 ani, dar nu-si aminteste. Printre cei care ii uraza "bun venit inapoi" sunt Palarierul Nebun, Tweedledee si Tweedledum si Pisica de Chesire. Alice porneste intr-o calatorie extraordinara pentru a-si clarifica viitorul si pentru a opri dominatia violenta a Reginei Rosii.
